With a shop no bigger than a garage and two or three pieces of woodworking equipment, Wooden Design, Inc was started in 1976, to provide custom woodworking and furniture to residential clients to the Washington DC area. Today our shop has grown to 16,000 square feet, 22 employees, offering design, engineering, fabrication, finishing, and installation capability. WDI produces custom architectural millwork, furniture, moldings, doors, and other specialized architectural elements.
